My Donation to the Ipswich Intensive Care Ward.

Generosity is a gift in it's self. When having my son Phoenix, I was determined to give the Ipswich Hospital a gift of paintings and now it's coming to fruition. If you are not already aware - I am teaching an art class every Tuesday at the Old Ipswich court house. I addressed the class and 'The Task' is underway- All the students are full steam ahead painting Teddy Bears and i am so impressed with their work. This is the piece I have been working on. Keep watch ....Still to be completed

In continuation of my Urban Pot Idea .... I am combining my 2 stylistic interests - Abstraction and reality - almost unifying a juxtaposition- or semi abstract. It works. Though this is still under 'construction' ... Another addition to my Urban Vessel Exhibition.

Our trip to Tasmania.. On a dirt road in the middle on no where - My husband falls for this creative grouping of letterboxes. A photo is taken and a miniature picture is pained.

Almost finished.

SOME OF MY INSPIRATIONS
First image -The first bunch of roses given to me by my husband.

Second image - My lounge. 1 of 3 seats... gorgous. What more can i say.

Third image - Pots, pots and more pots....

Inspired by my Children - the youngest being 4 months old. This piece was a gift to my Brother-in-law and Sister-in laws for the birth of their long awaited beautiful baby girl Sofia. The teddy bear - a perfect baby symbolism. The snow globe was a gift to my daughter when she was 1. It is delicate, intricate, beautiful and sophisticated. Everything i predict baby Sofia to be. Pink is stereotypically Baby Girl - But was heavily influenced by my Sister-in-laws obsession with it.
